On Pickup Day
You'll receive personalized laundry bags to sort your laundry and dry cleaning. On Laundry Day, simply fill your bags and place them out. We'll send you a remider the night before and again on the day of service, so you never miss a pickup.
On Delivery Day
Once your clothes are fresh, crisp, and ready to wear, our delivery driver will bring them back to your chosen drop-off spot. Plus, our drawer-ready packaging makes unpacking a breeze!
Busy? We'll Handle It!
Not home? No worries, it happens all the time! Just leave your laundry bags out for us, and we'll notify you when our driver is on the way. You can also add detailed pickup and delivery instructions in the CityGlow app. Here are some helpful tips!

For your first order, you'll receive laundry bags, but most customers use multiple bag types. We offer more than just laundry, with dedicated bags for Delicates, Dry Cleaning, and Linens. Simply choose the right bag for the care your items need. Need new or replacement bags? Request them in the app or contact Customer Support.

Wash & Fold laundry is delivered on the next available service day. We operate Monday through Sunday, ensuring consistent service every day of the week. Dry cleaning and launder-press require extra care and a more detailed process, so these orders have a two-business-day turnaround.
