You can track your delivery driver in real-time through our app. Simply log in, go to your current order status, and tap on “Track Driver” to view the driver's location and estimated arrival time.
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on your card to verify its validity and available balance. It is not an actual charge and will be automatically released based on your bank's policies, usually within a few days.
Dry cleaning requires a different cleaning process and may have a longer turnaround time. Don't worry, your items are in progress and will be delivered in a separate order once completed.
If our team identifies dry clean-only items in your regular laundry bag, we will set those items aside to be processed correctly. You'll receive a notification, and the items will be charged at the dry cleaning rate and delivered separately.
